We identify our target market by ‘stage of business’ rather than sectors or type of company. This is because we believe that our services are fundamental to business development and management, regardless the industry or scale of operations. It also enables us to work with a wider range of companies. Therefore, we identify our clients as;

  1. Start-ups: Any organisation that is in its first year of operation is a start up for us. We believe that no plan or strategy is 100% accurate at the start, be it ours, yours or someone else’s. Through the first 12 months of operations, your strategies and plans will be tested in real world and further improved / streamlined. This is when our business planning services are most effective.
  2. Growth Companies: You are in your 2nd or 3rd year of operation; you are a growth company to us. You have tested your product / service in the market, you have greater knowhow of what will work and you are set to grow. We recommend a functional review of your marketing function at regular intervals during this stage.
  3. Established businesses: We consider any organisation an established business that has established themselves as a competitor in the market and is rated as one of the top 5 in terms of market share in its specific target market. This can happen even in 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of operation depending on how well your product or service meets costumers’ needs and on the effectiveness of your strategies & planning. A strategic review at this stage will consolidate your position and guide you towards sustainable growth.
